ขั้นตอนการทำขนมรังผึ้ง


Steps to the waffle


1. แป้งสาลี 1 ส่วน ใส่ลงในถังผสมแป้ง


Wheat flour mixing 1 part put in the tank.


2. น้ำ 1 หม้อตวงขนาดเล็กและผสมเข้ากับแป้งสาลี


1 small pot of water and mixture to the wheat flour.






3. ไข่ไก่ 15 ฟอง ผสมให้เข้ากันกับแป้งสาลี


15 chicken eggs mixed with wheat flour.


4. หลังจากนั้นใส่เนย 1 หม้อตวงขนาดเล็กและผสมให้เข้ากัน


Then put the butter a small pot, mix together.


5. เปิดเตาไฟฟ้าให้ร้อนแล้วทาเนยด้านบนของเตาขนมให้ทั่ว


Then open the electric stove to heat and apply the butter on electric stove.


6. ใส่ไส้ขนมมีทั้ง ข้าวโพด, ลูกเกด, ผลไม้รวม, งาดำ, เผือก, มะพร้าว ใส่ลงบนเตา พอประมาณ และใส่แป้งสาลี 120 กรัม (ต่อ 1 ชิ้น) ลงในเตาฟ้า


Put corn/ raisin/ mix fruit/ black sesame/ taro/ coconut on the electric stove and the120g (per 1 piece) wheat flour into electric stove.


7. รอประมาณ 2นาที แล้วนำขนมรังผึ้งออกจากเตาไฟฟ้า และจะได้ขนมรังผึ้งที่รสชาติแสนอร่อย


Wait about 2 minutes, remove from electric stove and the waffle will be very delicious.
